AmorFx™ Toolkit
The revolutionary AmorFx™ Toolkit is a novel suite of proprietary methodologies and solid-state analytical technologies to allow nanoscale determination of material, mechanical and cohesive properties of processed APIs and excipients. Through our range of complementary analytical tools, we are able to directlty screen of the influence of subtle variations in the physico-chemical and physico-mechanical properties of processed APIs in relation to complex interfacial interactions within solid-state and suspension based formulations.
This information can then be used to provide a greater scientific and technical understanding of the relationship between materials and processes in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products

SOLENT™
Developed by the scientists and Synectix, SOLENT™ (Solubility enhancement technology) is a rapid, low-cost, liquid formulation screening platform design to help identify formulation options to support preclinical toxicity testing and oral bioavailability studies. Specifically focussed on low solubility, hydrophobic drug compounds, the process capitalises on laboratory semi-automation controlled through a sophisticated database approach to yield results quickly and cost-efficiently.
PRORELEASE™
Our ProRelease™ technology is an amorphous drug stabilisation technology that increases the oral bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs by enhancing their kinetic solubility and dissolution rate in the acidic environment of the stomach. The resulting increase in exposure can lead to a reduction in dose variability and adverse reactions whilst providing a rapid onset of action leading to better patient compliance and favorable therapeutic outcome.
LENA™ NANOCEUTICS
The Lena™ nanoceutics system is a proven particle processing technology that can enhance the dispersion and deposition of hydrophobic actives by dramatically reducing particle size and increasing particulate surface area. The result is an aqueous dispersion of the drug substance that behaves like a solution and which can be processed into finished dosage forms for all routes of administration
